Shannon Farley

Shannon joined Chase Properties in December 2019. She is a Paducah, Kentucky native, that graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing.

She brings with her over 11 years of sales experience, 4 years exclusively in Commercial Real Estate. Prior to coming to Chase, Shannon worked with Regency Properties, a private commercial real estate firm in Indiana. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She finds great satisfaction and fulfillment in finding the perfect location for any tenant, national or locally owned.

Shannon resides in Tampa, Florida. When she is not working, she loves traveling, hanging out at the beach, spending quality time with friends and family, and going shopping.
