Matt Schalmo

Matt joined Chase Properties as Senior Property Accountant in October, 2018. Prior to joining Chase Properties, Matt worked at Cohen and Company for over 5 years as a staff and senior staff tax accountant. While working in public accounting, Matt was responsible for managing day to day contact with clients, as well as reviewing tax returns. Matt received his undergrad degree in accounting from Kent State, and his Masters of Taxation from The University of Akron. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, as well as spending free time outdoors.
