CHASE PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES CHARITABLE GIVING CAMPAIGN FOR 2019

Chase Properties, a Beachwood, Ohio-based real estate owner and operator, has established a new charitable platform that will focus on helping organizations that specialize in child welfare and organizations involved in providing shelter to those in need.

Over the past few years, Chase Properties has participated in an increasing number of community service activities. Based on their desire to make these activities more meaningful, Chase Properties believed it was necessary to put more organization around their efforts. “We believe these two areas of focus will tie to our company’s brand and will align with what is important to the communities in which we operate properties as well as the local Cleveland market.  This new platform will allow us to have a larger impact on a smaller number of local organizations, with the goal of ultimately expanding this program to the various communities in which we operate properties,” said Andy Kline, co-CEO of Chase Properties.

Chase Properties has chosen to kick off this new charitable platform by partnering with Fostering Hope. Fostering Hope was established in 2013 to raise awareness of the challenges faced by children within the foster care system and provide opportunities to them while engaging the community in which they reside.   Fostering Hope was chosen by employees due to their passion for working with children in the local Cleveland market.

According to Karen Carter, Executive Director of Fostering Hope, “We are thrilled by the involvement of Chase Properties, a company whose focus is real estate, in helping kids who can’t be in their homes.  The impact we can have on kids in foster care is far greater with the commitment and generosity from Chase.”

Chase Properties is a full-service owner and operator of shopping centers located in 17 States throughout the Midwest, Southern and Eastern U.S. The company was founded in 1973.  Currently, Chase Properties owns and manages 33 shopping centers comprised of approximately 7 million square feet.
