Chase Properties Ltd., a Beachwood, Ohio-based owner and operator of shopping centers, announces the acquisition of Yukon Village shopping center in Yukon, Oklahoma. Yukon Village is an approximately 300,000 square foot shopping center that is anchored by Target, Hobby Lobby, Big Lots and PetSmart. Among the other tenants in the shopping center are Kirklands, Famous Footwear, Rue21 and Maurices.
The shopping center is located at 1600 Garth Brooks Boulevard, just south of I-40 and within close proximity to national retailers such as Super Walmart, Kohl’s and Lowe’s. Yukon is a strong regional retail hub on the west side of the Oklahoma City MSA, serving a large retail trade area.
Yukon Village is Chase Properties’ first acquisition in Oklahoma Chase Properties continues to focus on acquiring high quality shopping centers in secondary and tertiary markets.
