Mid State Plaza is located on the main retail corridor in Salina, just east of I-135. The property is the dominant shopping center on the South 9th Street Corridor within close proximity to Super Walmart, Target, Kohls and other national anchors. Manhattan, Kansas, about 70 miles from Salina, is the next closest retail destination.
Mid State Plaza is Chase Properties’ first acquisition in the state of Kansas, and continues Chase Properties’ focus on acquiring high quality shopping centers in secondary and tertiary markets.
