Waynesboro Town Center

Waynesboro Town Center is a 170,810 square foot Target and Kohl’s-shadow anchored power center with a national tenant roster, including Burlington, Ross Dress for Less, Michael’s, PetSmart, Old Navy, and Boot Barn (opening Spring 2025) in Waynesboro, VA.  Strategically located along I-64 within the I-81 corridor of the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, the center draws from a wide trade area offering the only national retail within 25 miles.  The center benefits from various points of new development including Northrop Grumman’s new $200 million advanced electronics manufacturing and testing facility, located directly behind the center, which brings over 330 full-time jobs as well as the construction of a new 252-unit apartment complex along Town Center Drive.   Such developments which will only continue to expand the center’s consumer base and foot traffic.
