Rob McGovern
Chief Operations Officer
Rob joined Chase Properties in April of 2021 as Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, he will be directly responsible for oversight of all leasing, construction and property management within the Chase Properties portfolio.
Prior to joining Chase Properties, Rob was Senior Vice President of Leasing for Site Centers, where he oversaw all leasing activities for the Site Centers portfolio. Prior to Site Centers, he held leasing and property management positions at Burroughs & Chapin and Kimco Realty.
Rob is a graduate of The Ohio State University, Max M. Fisher College of Business, Finance. He currently lives in Aurora, OH, with his wife, Cheryl, and their four children.
