Kristen Nelsen

Kristen Nelsen graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2001, after acquiring her undergraduate degree in Political Science at Case Western Reserve University in 1998.  Kristen’s practice has focused primarily on commercial real estate law, as well as general business matters.  She has significant experience in lease drafting and negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions, title insurance, and financing.  Kristen resides in Hudson, Ohio, with her husband and three sons.
