Jeff Dixon

Jeff Dixon joined Chase Properties in August of 2020 as a Property Manager. This position will combine his various skills and experiences that he has gained throughout the years into one position that will give him new and exciting opportunities. Jeff has been in the construction field in various roles over his career, from being a carpenter, to being in supervisory roles. He still actively works for himself doing various remodeling projects. In 1998, Jeff had the opportunity to teach his trade to adults in Cleveland and surrounding areas. This was a new opportunity for him and he enjoyed the new direction. While in his teaching role, it gave him experiences in different career areas, and gave him the opportunity to work with various people helping them make life decisions. Jeff has worked as a Program Manager and Instructor working with individuals with disabilities. With these positions Jeff taught multiple trades, case management, working with various funding sources, billing for services, and helped individuals with career decisions.

Jeff lives in Elyria and is currently remodeling his 1920 Cape Cod house. He enjoys camping, fishing, hiking and boating and is an accomplished bass player.
